Although our policy is that payment is required on the day of treatment if you are unable to do so, just talk to our dental team and we can see what we can do to help.
If you are a Southern Cross member, you can also pay using Southern Cross Easy claim. Southern Cross Easy-claim is a convenient way for Southern Cross members to claim for eligible healthcare services at the time of purchase, without completing a claim form. If your plan covers the treatment or service and it qualifies, Southern Cross will reimburse the claim directly and you’ll only pay any remaining contribution you’re responsible for, so you don’t have to worry about filling out claim forms or waiting for a refund. Remember to bring your Southern Cross Member card, app, or membership number with you to the appointment so we can process the payment directly.
